Nov 23rd 7am-3pm, Delivery for Baptist Hospital SE Texas in the Volunteer Parking; back of the hospital.

Dec 9th Delivery for Searcy 7am-12noon. Delivery for Newport 1pm-4pm Curbside pick up in the Parking Lot of the Hospital.

UNITY: $25 or less 1 Pmnt, Any Amount Over $25 may be split into 1, 2, 3 or 4 Pay periods, $200 or more may be split into 6 pay periods, $500 or more may be split into 8 ----------------Baptist Hospital SET Payroll Full Time $700 P/T $350 6 payments

📆Fill out the Form so we will have your information for orders. We will have the list of members eligible to participate with Payroll Deduction.
🛒You will have at least 5 days to Go shopping online. Use the search tab (Magnifying Glass Icon) to find specific sizes or names. Multiple orders are no problem, we will add them together. Anything over the payroll limit will have to be paid by Credit or Debit Card.
💻Check out after selecting the items you wish to purchase. (Make sure the form is done at this time)
🚚We will DELIVER your purchase(s) to a designated area outside the hospital the following week.
✍Have your ID badge, Sign your receipt/form at the time of pick up.

Return Policy

You can return items up to 7 days from the date delivered. The item must be in new original condition with original packaging so we can resell the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping amount. We deliver to your location for Free.
